Use

DotCheck in Chrome as you browse, on Android when a file shows up, and in reports anyone can verify.

Chrome Extension

AI scores on the page while you browse. No upload. No extra tab.

Chrome Web Store listing is on the way.

How do you know what's real online?

Colored dots are our answer. They mark images and video frames as you scroll. More green means more likely real; more red means more likely AI. Hover for a percent. Try the sample below.

Live on the page

Most AI checkers interrupt you: leave the feed, upload a file, wait, come back. DotCheck scores images, video frames, and supported-language text live on the page so you stay in the tab you already opened. Same Google account as Check. Same models on every plan: Vermeer@14.2, Valla@11, Muybridge@4.4, and Helmholtz@3. Want to choose what gets scored? Turn off automatic analysis in settings. Grey dots stay ready until you click. How it works.

Underlines on text

Posts and articles in a supported language get a colored underline in place. More green means more likely real; more red means more likely AI. The lines on this page are a live-style demo: hover any underlined line for a percent. Text scoring supports English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, and Dutch.

Higher AI scores show stronger (more opaque). Lower scores stay faint so the page stays readable. You can turn score opacity off in settings if you want every dot and underline at full strength.

Live tab soundtrack

Premium and Pro can score about four seconds of a video's tab audio on click or play and include it in one combined percent. Chrome grants that access only when you turn the setting on. Free never captures tab audio. It never uses your microphone and never listens while you only scroll.

Free limits and honesty

Chrome: 30 checks/day signed out; 300/day signed in. Premium adds history, documents, a higher ceiling, and the live tab soundtrack. Use DotCheck as a signal, not a verdict.

  • Images and video frames (video from a few sampled frames); images generally need about 256px on the short edge
  • Text in the eight languages above; very short posts often stay unscored
  • Audio: drop a file in the popup on any plan; live tab soundtrack is Premium and Pro
  • Confirm is Pro-only and only when you ask

Measured results are on our technical docs. We do not put unverified accuracy claims here.

How it works Try Check

Android App

Share a file in when it shows up. Same scores as the website.

When a file shows up

When someone sends you a photo, a clip, or a file, share it to DotCheck. Same Google account and the same in-house scores as the website. Phones cannot show colored dots inside other apps while you browse, so on Android you bring the file into DotCheck.

What you can Check

Score images, video, text, and documents. PDF, Word, and PowerPoint are read page by page and image by image. If your plan allows a batch, you can send several files at once, including a .zip. From a real score you can make a photo or clip Share, or issue a report you can hand over. Free requires sign-in and has a daily Check limit. Premium and Pro add higher limits, history, documents, and reports. On the phone you pay with Google Play; on the web, with Stripe.

Reports

Anyone can screenshot a score. A DotCheck Report can be verified.

Try issuing one

Checking sign-in…

Sign in to score a photo or document and issue a SAMPLE Report. It stays live on Verify for 24 hours, and every page is marked SAMPLE.

Issue a SAMPLE

Hand over something they can check

A score answers you. A report answers the person who has to trust you. Issue it on Premium or Pro after you score on Check, in Chrome, or in the Android App. Send the Verify link or the report PDF. Anyone opens the record at dotcheck.ai/verify with no account. The SAMPLE above follows the same path with a SAMPLE stamp and a one-day life. Lasting reports stay on Check.

Documents

Score a PDF or Word above for a SAMPLE, or on Check for a lasting report on Premium and Pro. Right after you issue, while the file is still in this tab, Save or Share can include the Report full - the marked content plus the certificate - or the Report summary. Later, from Check Reports or History, only the summary PDF and Verify link. SAMPLE try-its expire after 24 hours and are watermarked. A DotCheck Report records what was measured and when; it does not prove authorship or origin.
